Almond is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Healing Arts Center in 2020 with honors. She is proficient in modalities such as myofascial release, deep touch, muscle energy technique, dermoneuromodulation and kinesiology taping.
Almond’s experience as a lash extension technician is what led her to massage therapy. After seeing many of her colleagues develop carpal tunnel syndrome and suffer from repetitive stress injuries she was eager to avoid that herself and help the industry. This led her to run a clinic out of her home for nail technicians, hair stylists and tattoo artists to help educate others on optimal body mechanics and provide the restorative and preventative effects of massage.
She believes every body has what it needs to heal; it just needs a guiding hand.
