What is I.B.A.R.?
I.B.A.R. (In Balance At Rest) Method.
The body inherently wants to be in state of balance. As muscle therapists, our job is identify which muscles are preventing it from doing so and help facilitate the body's desire to return to this natural state regardless of what caused the imbalance, be it a trauma, repeated adjustments, overuse, an accident, work place or environmental influence. The I.B.A.R. Method was developed as a result of over 20 years of experience and over a thousand hours of training.

"Knot Magic is amazing!!! I tried chiropractors, massages, stretches/workouts, etc and nothing helped. Paige literally straightened me out after months of shoulder, hip and back issues from lugging my sweet little toddlers around. I feel very grateful!"

"Knot Magic is the absolute best! I have been in chronic pain for over a year and a half. I had spinal fusion in December and it helped only a little bit. After a great friend referred me to Knot Magic I was willing to try anything to relieve the pain. I have seen Katelin only 3 times & have had steroid shots 1 time during the same time i was being treated by Katelin and I am a different person! While I still have some pain during the day while sitting at a dest it is nothing like it was. It gets better after every time I see her! Katelin & Paige are simply the best & have given me my life back! Thank you to both!"
