Services

Therapeutic massage: involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, spasm and stress.*

Deep tissue massage: targets the deeper layers of muscles. It is specifically used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems or recovery from injury.*

* People often feel sore for one to two days after therapeutic and deep tissue massages.

Sports massage: is specifically designed for people who are involved in physical activity. Stretching and warming muscles for pre and post events enhances performance for an event.

Reflexology: involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems in the body. It is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet. It is great for expectant mothers or women trying to get pregnant.

Swedish massage: involves long gliding strokes and pressure to warm and relax the tissues. It is a wonderful way to relax and melt away stress.

"I came to get my knots worked on and a couple day prior I had severly hurt my thumbs and palm playing softball. It was swollen and stiff. I went to a hand doctor to get x-rays, the doctor said nothing was broken and sent me home despite the fact that I still could not move my thumb in certain directions. When I showed Paige my thumbs she took one look and popped it back into place without even thinking about it. I had instant relief and I could move my thumb again!"
